Old Center Fayston Road, Saturday, May 17, 2008
[ May 17, 2008; 7:30 am to 9:30 am. ] Join Mad Birders for a walk on Old County Road and Old Center Fayston Road, led by Susie Thompson. We will meet Thompsons on Old County (Loop Rd) at 7:30 AM. This will be a two hour walk that can easily be extended.
Early Morning Walk – Big Picture Parking Lot – Thursday, May 15, 2008
[ May 15, 2008; 6:30 am to 8:00 am. ] Meet at the Big Picture Theater Parking Lot at 6:30 AM for a walk along a route proposed for a nature trail along the wetlands. Wear waterproof, sturdy footwear. 1 1/2 hours
Mad River Path, Meadow Road, Saturday, May 10, 2008
[ May 10, 2008; 7:30 am to 9:30 am. ] Meet at Meadow Road parking lot for the Mad River Path at 7:30 AM. This will be a two hour walk with lots of migrants and summer residents visible in the varied habitats we will explore. We hope to see American Redstarts, Warbling Vireos, Bobolinks, Savannah Sparrows, many more species.
